I completely agree with wade!!! We are a RETAIL OUTLET STORE (translation) WE SELL STUFF!!!!!!! And i do agree we are and should be knowledgable of what our product can and can not do. As stated by many on this particular issue you're all right except for the GodFather; he's out of his mind!!! This is why we have so many carrier to choose from cause not one carrier can have the best signal everywhere. For example where i live Sprint has the absolute best coverage available and is by far the cheapest out there amongst carriers. However if you travel about 45 mins to an hour north of here ...

I actually work for Sprint and have talked with SEVERAl AT&T customers about their service and it's not that AT&T service is bad but how expensive it is for their customers. Lets face it there are no perfect cell companies Sprint has it's faults just as much as Verizon and AT&T. Actually here's where the KB charges are coming in. You can send and receive txt and pic mail all day everyday to any and everyone. However when you receive a pic mail Sprint's pic mail uses the internet to send and receive so that data is included with the plan however; you have the option to save the pic to your on-line album which is what you should do and or you can save it to your ...

Actually due to the fact everyone is doing away with land based lines the cell companies have to provide coverage in the places you travel and or visit the most ie this includes your HOME!!!! And i have helped several customers get out of contract and waived ETF because their phones didn't work in their HOMES!! And as mentioned before call into the retentions department and threaten to leave Sprint and watch them send you an AIRAVE ...

You know what i love the most?!?!?! Customers who come in and think that because i work at a Sprint store that we are all equipped to service the phones. And what kills me the most is when Customer Service reps who work for Corporate Sprint actually send customers to the bill pay centers to get their phone serviced; are you serious?!?!?!? But really people just want to feel like they pulled something over on Corporate ...

Here's the skinny on this. I'm a Sprint Store manager, affiliate dealer, and i myself want the touch pro. Sprint is on major back order for this particular phone because of it's high demand. Store's aren't looking to get it for several more months because Sprint themselves are shipping them out like hot cakes to everyone.
