Have you noticed how much the VZW fanboys posts here in AT&T to promote their carrier and respond to people's questions with the answer of "switch to Verizon Wireless!"
Here's my theory:
I go to the AT&T stores a lot, mainly to play with the display phones because its fun. But when I do have something I need to take care of like paying bills, or getting a replacement SIM, I have to wait because the reps are always busy ...

My VZW experience:
-customer service was superior, absolutely amazing, best in the industry.
-Coverage was decent, no dropped calls
-phone selection sucks (only exception: Stick with Blackberries on VZW, you can't go wrong).
-Billing system - screwy balooey. I had major billing issues and I think VZW has shady billing practices that always go in their favor (e.g. nickel and diming you to death, etc).
So I left VZW, despite the great CS and decent coverage.

I have had all three carriers here on the West coast and Verizon and Sprint have the best coverage. they also have accurate maps.
Verizon and Sprint's coverage maps are approximate, not dead-on accurate. I used to have Verizon and they marked my school campus in red for coverage and guess what, we had no coverage ...

Tower problems.
So the last couple of weeks I've noticed that I can't get the same signal quality at home like I normally do. Half of the conversations are spent with "huh, whu?" and "Can you hear me now?"
At first I thought it was my Blackberry Curve. I returned the Pearl to get the Curve because the Pearl kept dropping calls and the battery life was terrible. Well today when I called customer care over a separate issue, ...
