No the data plan is not required to be there for nav. And no it really is unlimated data. But the bba plan is 5 gbs that where you are confused

wow crazy dude. I was just venting my frustrations at the moment. I been here a month and they act like I dunno what I am doing when it comes to selling the data. I may not know everything about how are systems works as far as the pos end of it. But as for the plans and data I know what I am doing and I qaulify my customers before I sell them anything it what any normal ...

Now my boss is telling me how to do my job. I had a two 65+ customers come in buy two phones ask for navigator nothing else. and she proceeds to tell I needed to add the vpak data plan for there phones. Like a senior is really gonna use unlimited megabytes to go surfing the web. I just wish she would look at who I sell to before telling me off for not selling data.

Ok i agree with all that you said. I agree to not be on it if we have customers that much I get. But i mean if we have no one coming and all other work is done then I don't see an issue of it. Maybe it is because another employee was abusing it. It be nice if they explain why they made the rule istead of just saying hey you can't text.

I could see if we were a busy chain like walmart or maybe even a regualar retailer. My bosses just sent down an email saying no personal phone calls or txt messaging while on the clock. It not like we are ignoring the customers when they come in. If they ever come in? Is this a standerd thing or is it just them over reacting.

My opion is usb is the better option easy to install and remove. Can be used on any pc on the market today. Far as service wise go with what best suits you.

True and at cs you don't have to worry about numbers or commission or bosses who want you to sell to ghost customers when your dead or cold calling. Yeah I see alot of up sides for being in a call center.

thankfully my bosses are smart when it comes to bussiness so no i do not have to be open any earlier or close later. We kept the same hours and have been fine.

Well when I worked for cc they did this but the lunch was our only break we got to sit down and eat and relax for 30 mins then back out there. As far as illegal I dunno if it verys per state or not. I know in pa it was illegal to not give workers breaks.
