Sprint is currently in the process of updating the NYC towers to network vision. NYC has A LOT of towers and it takes longer to update them (base station hardware and panels). I agree. No carrier is perfect as they all have their problems. I have both AT&T & Sprint and I can confirm there are times my Sprint phone outperforms my AT&T phone which AT&T supposedly has the superior 3G network. I am perfectly fine with the service I receive from Sprint. Could it be better? Of course! I'm just waiting for Network Vision to ramp up which should start in the next month or so ...

I downloaded it and had only one issue where it doubled the phone numbers (if the contacts with phone numbers existed in both my BB and Google Contacts). I just opened my contacts in google, did a quick clean-up and re-sync'd and all is well. I have been waiting for this app.
