sometimes the incorrect imei is in the system becausee the genius authorized dealers sometimes dont update the imei and will upgrade from non pda to pda and leave the media net or opt out feature. i usually will let the customer get away with having the iphone and opt out featue unless there an asshole than i will add the data plan since its a requirement and i cannot be penalized for adding it.

att. vs verizon. which is worse
alot of customer threaten to cancel att and go to verizon. what does verizon offer that att doesnt. they dont even have rollovers and they have most of the same policies and prices. what would make verizon better than att in a consumers eyes

are you sure about that? att doesnt charge for the internet service they charge for the amount of data so you may not need the data plan but if your transferring data you will be charged at pay per use rate

if you get it at the store your not required to get media ner for the vu. sometimes you wont be eligible for the rebates if you dont get certain features
