Graphic Design Program for Smart Phones?

I do some graphic design (ie. illustration, logo design and photo manipulation) via Corel Draw/PhotoPaint and Photo Shop. Are there any graphic design programs that I could upload to a smart phone like the Fuze or the Epix?

Recently, I saw a TV commercial for a phone that has a real time friend mapping feature. For example, you have a group of friends programmed into your phone, then if you decide to see if your group is available to go to the movie, dinner or whatever, it will show you on a map where your friends are at that time. I wasn't focused on the advertisement at the time, so I can't remember what phone(s) ...

It's been 2 years since I've bought a cell phone {a Razor}, and since our contract with Verizon is over and we are not happy with them. We are looking for new phones and provider.
