I was thinking along the lines of switching destinations or redirecting your destination. Search for alternate route (like if you miss a train) or perhaps simply getting lost. More times then I can remember Id get lost on purpose to find a new place in the city.

I don't think they are greedy. I think they are simply trying to recover some of the losses.
However, because of this, I do believe the other companies will follow suit. Which makes the rest of his statement, "greedy" aside, a valid point. In my opinion that is.

I cant see T-Mobile selling off yet. They haven't "lost" customers. Which to me means they haven't "lost" money. They might not be making as much as the others, but, hey, as long as its not a loss, money of any amount, if the profit is greater then the losses, you win.

I can completely understand your "wants". I too wanted the iPhone. Until I finally got a hold of one. To be as honest as I possibly can; I have been spoiled by other phones that can do more. So, I am no longer a Iphone user. I have a Unlocked BlackBerry Storm right now and..... well.... Ive been Happier with my Storm in the last 4 days then I was with the iPhone for 2 weeks.

The Touch Pro 2 is a hard to match/beat phone. It all comes down to Android vs Windows Mobile.
Do you want a tilt screen or a open source market? I personal like the Touch Pro 2 also. You however don't seem to own one so, you have to pretty much decide if Android or Windows Mobile is for you. Everything else you mentioned has work arounds.
If you can get a hold of a TP2 I would play with ...

I fear, that our future, will be a technically dependent future. They are selling pockets of air. Auctions only help those who have the money to place a big enough bid to secure a victory. So in a sense, I agree with you. Net Neutrality and anything else the FCC can think of to "try and make a balance" is utterly pointless if in the end, one company has more then the others anyway. Even though I myself am a T-Mobile customer, these new plans (though very nice) cant beat Sprints plan.
AnyTime AnyMobile is = to Unlimited Minutes.
I for one only call 1-3 landlines and if I do, its for a very short time. The other 97% of my phone calls are to cellphones. AnyTime AnyMobile allows unlimited calling to ANY cellphone.
Sprint has 3G EVERYWHERE. Unlike T-Mobile. You might have great speeds in Philly but head up to Wyomissing, ...

Sorry to be asking but I keep seeing this posted in different comments on different topics relating to the same thing. T-Mobile MyFaves, is it gone? for sure? Did these new plans replace them or are these new plans along side of the MyFaves plans? I have not seen anywhere that MyFaves is Gone as some have continued to post. I just want to be clear.
