But why is there no fee if it's set up as an auto bill pay? Isn't it the same process? Or can they make a deal with your company of choice to always have it set on a certain date and therefore it gets rid of the fee? It doesn't make any sense to me unless it's that. Processing a CC is the same regardless, so please do enlighten me!

Agreed, if I do want to close anything on my Epic Samsung gave me that power (not that Android can't handle itself). But if you check out the promo video on youtube for this sexy (i do understand it's RIM we're talking about), it shows signs of a huge ripoff of WebOS. I can't be crazy.

Oh and the LED...I haven't seen this issue (the light never shuts up until I check what I've missed). Possibly try and wipe the device and see if it changes it.

Inside each of those applications they have a settings option when you press the menu key. Make a notifications folder in your storage card's root folder (not inside another folder), and drop sounds into it to make them appear as notifications options.

You could be right. But like i said this was merely an idea. I can't see "4g use" anywhere in the system, leading me to believe that there's just no management of usage on our side.

Of course Sprint pumps money into Clear, and the additional funding has to come from somewhere. Ownership and maintenance are still two different things, aside from the 51% stake, what other partnership is there? Sprint doesn't maintain it. Sprint doesn't bill it. Sprint uses it. That's about it, hence why i had the thought process.

As a corporate employee (or corporate serving fanboy as you put it) who also doesn't understand the $10 charge, or buy into the "explanation" my employer asks me to use, here's the best i can conjure. Sprint intended to charge the $10 no matter what, I'm sure as a way to bring in cash for the 4g buildout. Who builds this network? Clear correct? Let's remind ourselves that Sprint doesn't operate the network nor controls the billing of it (clear ...

Agreed. An app that does the job for you just isn't the same as one that empowers you. "I, an AT&T consumer, have dropped a call, I MUST tell someone!" This will help them with that. If said app did the job for them their frustration doesn't voluntarily go anywhere, it festers and potentially gets shoved into the nearest person's ear...BAD PUBLICITY. It all seems like a ruse to me but hey, when you put the "power" in the ...

There's still a cap for consumers, but business plans (tax id's and such) will be allowed unlimited 3g data as well. Off-network roaming is still limited to 300mb though.

There is a program called Seven that will push any email. I used to use it for my Yahoo addresses. It is free but there is a one time international text message sent from the program to register it, it's a very nifty application and I recommend it if you get this device.

Sprint doesn't require it but for two smartphones, the pre and the instinct as of now, everyone else has a choice to add, or remove, pending on the features you'd like from the data plan. Blackberries will just be crippled to the max while other smartphones will just go pay per use (up to $75 in data charges).

Unlimited doesn't have to be unlimited... Based on rules and facts you can be degraded to lower network standards which will throw you on slower speeds, making you feel as if you want to give up on it after awhile, therefore butchering your thoughts on downloading whatever is on the list and making you quit on your data, stupid but it's a technicality they can get away with, get used to it, cause no matter what company it is they ...

Typically you'll have to get your files saved to the device's onboard memory for them to be used as ringtones. I don't personally have the phone so i'm not sure, but you can always upload whatever you want to use to site like www.funformobile.com and then download them to your phone via the phone's browser, it's quick and easy, hope that helps.

I don't believe that should've happened. It's not necessarily geared toward specific phone numbers, but it's an account level service. It could be that you were switched from a primary line to a secondary and that could've accidentaly wiped it. I would call and ask because if you're supposed to be preimere you shouldn't ever lose it. Only other thought i have is that the premiere program did kind of change and now since you're new number is associated with ...

With touchflo going you don't really need to be a packrat with anything. I found that always closing your apps is the best, but picture mail is a dealbreaker, every sent and recieved message make a home in your operating/storage memory. connect the phone to your computer using the usb, select disk drive on your phone. Goto my computer and there should be a removable drive that represents the phone on your computer, right click and format it, give it time as it takes a few minutes, once it's done it should bring your internal memory back, you might have to try a few times but i did the same thing when my memory disappeared after i reset the phone.

Wish it were that simple, but every diamond i've seen is coded to redirect itself to mobile sites, due to it identifying itself as a mobile phone. Doing this let the phone identify itself as a desktop. I've sold and seen enough of the sprint diamonds go out and this is alwyas the case.
