Re: HTML slow down?
yeah, i never intended on using the default HTML browser for the internet. Opera Mini is clearly the browser of choice. What my question was is will the HTML really be as slow as mentioned in the review?
HTML slow down?
I was reading in the indepth review that the Lotus was able to support HTML internet surfing, but then was saddened by the folowing statement that it took "90 seconds" for an HTML page to load as opposed to the WAP browser's "7 sec.".
Is it true that the HTML really takes that long, or was it just this one time on the review?
Anyone here experiance the same lag time?
Re: Rich: Slow web?

My parents have T-mobile for quuite some time (it was named Voice Stream when they started), and ...
Re: WOW... What a Stupid Phone
well, first off:
As everyone has mention before, the iPhone isn't the first phone to come out with a touch screen. It just happened that thier touch screen was better than everyone else's at the time. I remember that the PPC Mogul came out the same year as the iPhone and that had a touch screen, but i never heard anyone say that Apple was copying the PCC, so you can just shut it.

Re: renegade V950
well, for starters, it runs off the CDMA network, not the Nextel IDEN network. Since it runs on the sprint network, it does get roming, and the NDC works with the RevA system, making i t super fast. The one down side is if you don't live in an area that has RevA coverage, the PTT won't work.
