Samsung Jack Vibration Glitch?

On July 31st, I upgraded to a Samsung Jack. The next day, I began having issues with it getting stuck on vibrate. I would get a text message and it would play the text tone and vibrate, as I have it set to do, but instead of stopping the vibration once the tone ended, it would just continue to vibrate. And it wouldn't stop until I got to it and pressed the end key. I figured it was just ...

Mine is covered in scratches. Literally. And all I do with it is slip it in and out of my pocket. :( The mirror finish is still there, but in the right light all you see on it are scratches.

I text a rediculous amount (sometimes well over two-hundred a day) and I charge my Shine exactly every other day.
