Re: Is 320kbps bit rate good?

320 is technically the best that a CD can be ripped at in mp3 format. But FLAC or OGG is amazing. Listen to a CD in FLAC format then go to 320, or if you dare, 192. You'll be surprised at how much of the quality is lost in the rip.

Or quality loss. Every time a CD is ripped and then put onto another form of media it loses a little bit of it's quality. However, to transfer from a MicroSD card to your computer, you're just moving files. No ripping involved. It's a direct copy. For quality junkies such as myself (everything I have on my computer is in FLAC format) this would be nice. But at the same time, I love having the physical CD, the CD art, ...

I don't think anyone implied that any certain provider has perfect coverage. However, it is very possible to have BETTER coverage. Appreciate the responses! I found out through some digging and by bugging our Alltel reps that I'll be able to get on a 5000 minute plan for 15 dollars/month and add on the unlimited email and internet for 10 dollars a month.

From what I understand any features that Alltel customers currently have as a part of their plan will be grandfathered in when the merger is complete, but after the two year contract they'd have to get a VZW plan. And it's definitely a great selling point for me if a customer shows interest in Alltel to bring that up, so it seems like a smart idea to me. And hell I just like the packages. :)

Possibly to lure in more customers before the merger is complete? Seems like a smart business move from that angle.

Blackberry Dealer Plans?

in the Alltel forum

Hello everyone. :) I recently started working for a wireless dealer and managed to acquire a Blackberry Curve 8330. After working here for a certain period of time, I understand I will be legible for a dealer plan. Does anyone have information as to what the price/s are for a blackberry/voice&data dealer plan?
