So my phone has been messed up. After three calls it was finally resolved. My phone kept shutting itself off, not letting me make out going calls. Every time I spoke with tech they advised me to remove the battery, verify sim card. FINALLY!!!! Some one did a master reset and all is working for now.

Ok, yeah that makes no sense. They have a connection card for select markets for 3g/4g internet use about to be released.

He is mad, but they done us dirty. They scheduled a thanksgiving dinner for thursday, then said it would be wednesday. then thursday laid us all off. They told us we can not go on break. had us log off the phones, and then made 100-150 people crowd into a maybe a 100 sq foot section, and told us the news. the brought silly counselors and all. we just called because I paid 140.00 last month, and current said 123.00---but was same amount as last month. so where was the extra money I paid? well, bill printed before payment. the guy just offered 10.00 to flex account, and 133 minutes. did not ask. yes, flex pay

I called t-mobile with some basic questions, such as: billing and phone problems I wanted to delete one of myfav 5's, but did not want to replace with a new contact. The rep told me he would add 133 bonus minutes since system says we only had 600 minute plan, but our bill says 700. As well he would add 10.00 to flex account. Rep did not know what he was doing, kept talking, placed me on hold. And transferred me to ...

thats the iden razr correct? What is the concept behind the phone? As far as my knowledge, not many were big fans of the first razr, nor the second, and so why would the iden sell?

Uggh, It is Saturday. 20 minute wait between calls. Out of leads. I think recycled leads are worse than no leads.

You are misleading the customer. ETF are prorated, if and only if: Contract was renewed, changed after nov. 2. If new line service activated after nov 2. If service started after nov 2.

So, I work for Sprint in a call center. Near perfect attendence for 8 months. Graduated with honors, and start college in Jan. Sprint has continually messed up my commision, and messing up my raises. I have t-mobile service. How does the commision for stores work? Considering applying, and what is the process? I have been told it is difficult to get hired on. What about working with school schedule?. Went from 600.00 commision to barely 100.00
