Have you looked at Youtube on the tritan? I know my phone can do it as well but it's slow and kind of pixellated. Is it fast and clear on the tritan?
I know the touch pro is nearly flawless in that aspect.

Tritan- Cheaper required internet package but no application downloads. Good if you're just looking to browse the internet and maybe play a few games and enjoy the touch screen
HTC Touch- More expensive data plan, but thousands of downloadable applications. Excellent use as a PDA and for streaming video such as those from YouTube.

It's really not very heavy at all! From the demo phone I was a little disappointed, but once we got the live one in the store I was very satisfied. The touch screen is beautiful, the joystick responsive... everything I doubted was put to right.
I haven't used it as a personal phone though, so there is still plenty of room for critique!

There are so few in the area that it would practically pinpoint where I live, shop, eat, work.. etc.

Hm, I'm sorry for your bad experience. The contract renewal is necessary for the promotion, and the other lines do have to be renewed to get them...
but (correct me if I'm wrong other associates,) I do not believe that the equipment timer on the other handsets would be reset. SO EVEN THOUGH you had to renew the other lines with no new equipment, you would still be able to get new phones at the time you originally would have ...

When you call a corporate store, are you able to discuss little things on someones account? Say for example there was an issue with a promo code or something like that?
I got a call today and didn't give away any info. I couldn't if I wanted to since I'm an agent, but still... it sounded a little bit odd.

Around here though, you realize WHY this can't be so. People's spouses come in here raging mad wanting to change or close accounts in revenge for something or other.
To be fair, you can't grant access to SOME spouses just because you don't think they're doing something out of spite.
I guess people don't understand that from the outside though.

People suck.
I worked for THREE DAYS with people that were coming over from Verizon. THREEEE DAAAYS. I answered every question they could come up with, diverted them from phones they liked that would suck, arranged to have phones they wanted that we didn't have brought over to our store, answered MORE questions, and made sure their every whim was satisfied.
I come in to grab something I left here on my day off, and these people are there huffing mad and ...

Yeah. I had thought for sure that it was probably just a setting... but our store and the corporate store all went through the settings and called tech support and they talked us through other things... to no avail.
I was pretty confused about it. The songs would play at a normal volume inside the ringtone and music folders. Then, no matter how high you set the ringers, even in the advanced options, they would still get quiet.
