Also the remaining call that I have taken in BEUC 75-90% of customer are calling in due to not being able to access VM or use internet applications on there devices. Dont even matter what kind of device the customer has. :twisted:

Those to roaming plans are actually rate plans that you can put the customer on instead of adding the World Traveler feature that gives them discounted rates while roaming in those countries.

For all BlackBerry Fans.
There will be a new BlackBerry released sometime before this year is up. Release date has not yet been released but the phone looks awsome and could be better than the 3G iphone with a querty board twist. Look for BlackBerry Bold in the near future.

you should see if your carrier offers any parental control features like ATT that would prohibit the use of text messages. that is if you wanna take it that far. lol
