okay , i guess i have discovered the answer to my own question. as long as they are 3G, they can support streaming video. Now, my question is... which carriers allow customers to use an offdeck gateway for streaming video?

Which carriers can handle Streaming video?

Cingular, verizon sprint service can handle streaming video. what about tmobile, virgin, dobson, cincinnati Bell, alltel and the old AT&T systems. Also, what is "offdeck gateway permission" and would a developer need this to offer streaming from their wapsite? 7 MB delivery test (5 minutes) 10 MB delivery test (5 min, high quality) carrier policy - permission of large files carrier policy - lower data charges for hippo any info on these also would be helpful. thanks in advance.
