Re: who???
Some kind of oversight in the negative file?
Re: Your thoughts on the G1?
I think it does all that to GMail.
Re: Good Customer service?
Were you raped by tobacco as a child? No? Then why do you have it out for everyone that uses it?
Re: Kinda ...Help
Don't buy Verizon crippleware?
Sorry, I really have no idea. Could be a faulty processor... Maybe?
Re: I want a texted phone
AT&T has two text-focused phones coming out soon... Check engadget mobile.
Re: A simple no will suffice...
No, we don't have a solid release date. But 'less then six months' isn't a bad answer, don't you think?
Re: redneck customers
Reminds me of the cali fire season.
'I'm sorry, sir, our towers are currently on fire. As soon as it won't kill them, our engineers will be onsite to fix the issue.'
Re: Why not just say "I want to be a victom"?
Logic is flawed, if guns are harder to obtain, less criminals will have them. If you don't believe me, check crime statistics from countries that have outlawed guns.
Re: So that I don't have to switch to T-Mobile...
Can't you install Android on any smartphone, though?
Re: who???
I'm at least the best on my team. Loopholes are fun, what did you turn up?
Re: question
No go, need Nokia or WM.
Re: So that I don't have to switch to T-Mobile...
I couldn't give you a source, honestly, but the rumor I heard (engadget? Maybe even here.) was that Sprint was getting an android phone this december.
Is this possible?
I don't know a whole lot about the workings of Android, but I'm investing in a Touch Pro soon, and want to know if it would be possible to run Android on it. If so, how?
Re: So that I don't have to switch to T-Mobile...
December.
Re: Curve 8330

Re: Curve 8330
If you want to keep Nextel, there's a curve launching with PTT. But if data's your main concern, Sprint's 3G is the fastest in the nation.
Re: What kind of model phone do you own? Which carrier do you use?
I use a Katana II on Sprint, but soon, soon, the Touch Pro will be mine!
Re: Good Customer service?
Every smoker in the world knows they're killing themselves with every drag. They don't need some pretentious bastard using their vices as a springboard to be holier-then-thou, make a sales pitch, and make a bedroom pitch, all in one sentence.
You should have been fired.
Re: Reps with sView!
Nifty. So noted.
We're live again, here. What weirdness.
Re: Reps with sView!
Hahahaha, really? Why do you say that?
Re: Reps with sView!
Except for that one day where the queue simply broke...
I wonder how many people are getting fired for this fiasco?
Re: Reps with sView!
Lucky. Argh. At least whoever's in charge of call routing took lots of weight off us.
Re: Back up?
They just told us to stop trying to log back in.
Re: Reps with sView!
It's not the billing system, it's a portal for CSM and FDT, with some other elements. I heard the entire company's down - Stores, CFS, everything.
Reps with sView!
How's that treating you right now? I just had a finance rep tell me EVERYONE is down. Christ.
Re: You are the
NO STARTEK FOR YOU!!
Re: How superstitious are you?!?!
I believe in every good luck superstition, and none of the bad luck. My luck is supernaturally awesome.
Re: I wanted to ask for some advise..
Make a point of your dedication to customer satisfaction. Seriously, that's what Sprint corporate is gunning for harder then anything right now.
Re: thats sad...
Then you'll never enjoy your work, which makes it terribly difficult to ever accomplish anything of significance in your career.
Re: The hardest part of any job..
I actually do. Hah, victory!
Re: how do you cope with your stressful job?
Oh yeah, forgot step 2: Quantify that payout in the milliliters of alcohol it'll purchase you.
Re: how do you cope with your stressful job?
Next time you spend two hours on the call from hell, distract yourself by calculating exactly how much you're getting paid for just that one call. I know I'd accept $20 to get yelled at, every time.
Re: indiana reps
I used to be a rep for Revol on Kentucky ave, but Sprint started when I moved home.
Re: Just Venting
HAhahahahaahhahahaha

AHAHAHAAHHAHAAAHAAHAA!!!!
Re: Fraudsters rock.
No, the fraud was stopped, the customer was informed of their unsecure account, and I got a reputation for spotting fraud.
Re: Fraudsters rock.
The caller could verify - It was nothing but my sense of 'this ain't right' that worried me.
