I think, if they went to no contracts, they would still have to give some kind of discount for the phones if they want any kind of business, and the second thing about it is even if they do have no contract, they def need to work on there customer service, that's the biggest reason they are losing so many customers, I am surprised the company hasn't been shut down or bought out yet, at this rate with Verizon ...
