USB MODE
When my phone is plugged-in throught the usb and i want to use my phone as a modem it tells me "Please initiate dial-up networking on your pc." i'm not exactly sure what that means let alone how to do it. I dont even think i know what it means to use my phone as a modem. If someone could explain it would help me out a great deal thanks!

okay so i did everything and the mid file doesn't play on my phone i hit play and nothing happens. also when my phone is plugged in it tells me to initiate dial-up network what does that mean and how do i do that.
