I recently purchased a new Motorola Droid Pro unlocked. It is mostly unlocked but not fully. Motorola told me that I need to obtain a subsidiary code from Verizon. To use on the Tmobile. However the Jackasses Verizon always is refuses to release it because I am not a Verizon customer. Is there any way around getting the code to get this phone to work for me? I don't want to ...

Thank you for responding epik. I purchaed this phone from a major vendor on Ebay that specializes in unlocked phones. For example this is a Verizon phone but as long as it takes a SIM card they can set it up for me to use on the Tmobile network. That might be what you call rooting. I am not technical so im not sure. but if so then i would be halfway home to get the update ...

If you are only using it for email you will be more than fine with 25mb. I use email all day long and even do some light internet surfing all month long and never go over 25mb even though my plan offers unlimited.

I have a question. Why is the retail of cell phones so insanly expensive? They retail at nearly 420 dollars. I am aware that they do a lot and are realy neat. A question on font settings LG ENV Touch
Does anybody know why there is trouble with every font except VZW and Joy fonts as far as the entire phone number showing up when someone calls. Only half the number shows up. I have it on small setting so I am confused. Never had this problem with the voyager. Thanks.

A Legal Issue question
How is it possible for cell phone companies to state buy and phone "get one free" When it is the furthest thing from the truth. You are made obligated to open up a new account, pay the taxes and sign up for a 2 yr contract. Ext Ext. "FREE" constitutes no obligation buy this phone and you get this back up for no questions asked. I am just curious how they are allowed to use that ...

Thats the problem no prompt. It just bumps the current message im typing into drafts and the incoming message is just there. Then I scream damn bc I then have to move the cursor back to the point in the message and continue typing.

I own the Env Touch and everytime I am txting and one is being received at the same time I always bumps me out of the txt im working on it saves it in the drafts. This really annoys me. Is there a setting I can use to continue the message I am working on then look at the incoming message when I am ready thanks.

Its hard to explain without showing you in person. All I am saying is tilt and the screen reappaears. To give a visual: Picture the direction arrows on a computer. Dont tilt it towards the down arrow but tilt the phone going in the direction of the up arrow. Then the screen works nicely. This feature really impressed me. The solution is very simple. I hope your phone has this feature bc my ENV Touch does. When you are in call and want to see the screen just tilt not down going up. Then phone and the screen reappears.
