Care reps don't have he access to generate a new a-key. I see this about 3-4x per week. Quick call, generate the new key, complete OTA option 1, issue resolved. Also for the reps that are calling in, you really need to get over yourselves.. If we ask you to pull the battery or complete OTA the last thing out of your know it all mouth should be "we already did that.." With me, you just ...

VZW has been going after these companies for quite some time now for both calls and text/pix messaging. Several businesses have been shuttered because of the law suits. There have been some monetary rewards which have all been donated to different non-profit organizations http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=Ver izon+wireless+sues+telemarketers

Tech Rep here… No, we would need to file an NRB ticket to have the issue addressed. I know it is not a “customer friendly” policy, but I do understand the reasoning. If I were Metcalf I would not want reps calling in for every SMS related issue.

This persons sounds like the biggest complaining piece of white trash I have seen on the website in a very long time... I have a real hard time believing that she spent this much time on this. I am sure there is some exaggeration going on in her story. Anyone who has worked in TSS should be able to get this corrected on the first pass. NE2 is a credit UP TO $100/$50/$30. example you have $100.00 NE2, phone runs $99.99 before rebate. Your out of pocket would be $50 plus tax, you send away for the rebate paying only tax in the end. In your case, if the phone is 129.99 before rebate, you will pay $50 upfront, and your NE2 credit will actually be 79.99 not the full $100. The best way around this is to place the order on-line as rebates are ...

The best thing to do is to call VZW tech support and they can log in to the BIS and check the PIN... Sometimes the store reps will set up the email account via the phone. If they do, you need to call tech support to have them create the user name and password. Or you will get this error. Once the PIN is registered on the BIS it creates a "half account" and the only way ...

Premium SMS block has nothing to do with MB charges. The only thing it does is prevents you from sending messages to 5 digit short codes. In fact, If you enroll in a premium service that bills monthly you will still be billed after the block is added until you unsubscribe to the service. It only prevents new and does not stop/cancel current subscriptions. As I stated in my earlier response, the only way to block ...

You can add the V-Cast V-Pack to any line of service for $15.00/month. As far as the browser goes, some phones do have full HTML. When most people think of HTML they are thinking of IE or any other browser on your PC.
