Phone looks great but if you really get down to comparing it to the previous version (9000) they really didn't change a whole lot. Basically just added a little more application memory, track pad, and 1.2mp to the camera. Same processor, display, keypad, applications. Kinda of reminds me when they launched the new iphone but at least they did beef of the engine on that one. Gonna be a cool phone just don't know if its enough for me ...

Question for ATT core reps about iphone sale???

How much do you make from selling an iphone on a activation whether it be upgrade or new add? And i mean total for example: customer upgrades 39.99 line to iphone and adds iphone data plan. how much would you make off that whole sale? Thanks!

To give peeps another reason to sign up for at least a 59.99+ plan. Thats what they rate most of the salesman off of on how many of those and higher plans they sale. :wink:

Thats good news for Canadian workers BUT if you do the math thats less than 4 people work at each store?? Are Canadas CC a lot smaller than here in the US??

But they already have this technology.....

Is the Quickfire charger the same as the new LG chargers? Dont have a Quickfire in store right now to check but i returned a Quickfire a couple of days ago and my corp office called and said i returned a LG charger back in with the phone instead of a Quickfire charger. THanks!

When they come in wanting a "quick charge" or "fast charge". Some reason they think i have this super charger in the back that can charge the phone to full capacity in less than 1sec. :x

i know i hate it when every other customer tells me how long they have been with my carrier. They just throw it in the conversation like its gonna change the price i already gave them. i wanna say: Who cares! Do you relize how many customers we have and how many of them have been with us as long or longer than you!

I understand what your trying to do and commend you for it, but thats a little under handed and maybe too pushy. might try just asking them: "what church do they go too" as an ice breaker. just a thought!
