I agree. I think this is Chad's last stab at the world before falling into the state of none existant. . . . I say Alltel did it to make Verizon look bad when they strip it away. .

I'm curious as to how the touch screen on this phone is for texting, I seem to have a hard time texting with touch screen buttons, but really want this handset! :P

Yup! very possible. some software/firmware upgrades allow lower power consumptions throughout applications, resulting in longer life. Who knows, maybe they'll have something that kills running applications when closed, that way they're not just running in the backround, killin your juice.

Any changes will more than likely be just sofware/firmware upgrades to improve features such as bluetooth connections, automatic updates and such. Anything as far as hardcore performance changes, doubt it. It would take some hardware upgrades to accomplish such.

Really? Even after being sued by Verizon, IPCS, then having Time Warner, Cox, and some other major cable company abanden them? I agree, Sprint can mos def put out them lines, but the churn rates. . . . ugly. Customer service, not going into, everyone knows. Hope to see WIMAX and other changes swing things around for em soon, before I gotta hear rumors of Alltel buyin them out again, ppsshhh! lol ...

Re: tutor: unlock TILT for Sprint

I would love to have the TILT on sprint myself, I use to have the Mogul and realized, 64mb of ram in the PDA phone just was'nt enough. I like to have lots of applications/games on my removeable memory card, yet seem to reallly slow down the phone speed after awhile, forcing soft resets daily. I was told the TILT has more round 256 mb compared to 64, that my reasoning for wanting the TILT, without having ATT.
