First off RR does not have a spanish dept. second off there is NO talk of RR closing, there are centers that are looking at being closed but they are the smaller centers. Also if you want to pull numbers into where has RR sat save rate wise over the last couple years? exactly this is the first year in quite some time that they are low on the poll... Also RR is the cheapest center to operate based ...

See i'm really up to date with device launches and upcoming devices to sprint and other carriers as well. Also the sources I have I trust very well, and have yet to let me down with time frames.

Not that I know of at this time, I am sure you can do little tweaks to the phone to make it seem like one, but I am just waiting for people to start hacking the os/ui on a phone and implimenting android services into the phone.

okay so that may seem a little misleading about the phone companys that are looking at Android they are all lined up to release a device with Android but no word on who it will be for, they are just manufactures that sprint uses that are looking into releasing an Android device other than HTC.

doubtfull but I will keep an eye out, and say this... we are looking at end of 1st quarter 09, theres nothing official yet but that is what ive heard from a Product Ambassador, and not one from a store we are talking a lot more in the test side. Samsung Moto and LG are all in the Sprint line up to devolop Android phones at this time.

in the Article: HTC, T-Mobile and Google Announce the G1 forum

The fine print in T-Mobile's new HTC Android G1 data plan shows that it has a soft cap of 1GB of data transfer per month. If that 1GB limit is exceeded, T-Mobile reserves the right to throttle back the speeds at which the 3G network can be accessed down to 50Kbps. Not a smart move, why put a cap on such a highly intensive data phone? tmobiles 3g is weak as is but to reserve the right to drop your ...

but for only 1 gig of data then you get dropped to 50 kbps... Plus tmobile 3g is 1.3 mbps

Re: Ordered my G1 here is something I found out.

Just remember you are going to only have 1 gig of data at "3G" speeds 1.3 mbps then you get to be dropped to 50 kbps

Re: bahaha
Sep 23, 2008, 7:52 PM
in the Article: T-Mobile Limiting 3G Data Plans to 1GB Per Month forum

but t-mobile only has a 1.3 mbps 3g any way so its not like it would be slowing down that much... I'll stick with my 3.1 mbps network, that does not slow me down, android is open and will go to every provider soon enough.

I'm sure it will get IM, it is a users phone so if there is any demand at all (which im sure there will be) we will get to see IM on this phone. It may take a little bit but I am sure they will do a software update for it to give us IM.

Have you used an Instinct yet? No I didn't think so, so until you actually get to play the UI and OS it is a little hard to compare them. Also the visual delivery on the Instinct is amazing. I work for sprint and have played with both the instinct and granted the 2g I phone, I prefer the iphone for 3rd applications but without the Instinct actually being released and 3rd party applications being availible for it that ...

I am just not a fan that they messed with my profile so I don't have access to a lot of tools I use to with the switch, aswell as the way plan changes have to be done... It makes things take longer and it is more tedious I think.

haha, very true, I like ubp but they just need to stop making changes so frequent.
