Have you ried Sprint? They have great rates with a solid 3G network and now offer unlimited 4G service in supporting markets!

so if you have a car but dont drive it for a few weeks due to being out of town do you still make the full car payment? that doesnt sound like bad cusotmer service thats just a stupid customer! It really sucks that people define customer serrvice by getting what they want instead of whats practical! Just cause you dont get your way doesnt mean its bad customer service it's just not something that is realistic!

What a FLAKE!!! This guy obviously has done no research and is just talking out of his rear end! His probably wanted something crazy that couldn't be done by CS or retention and he has had a grudge ever since! Thanks for leaving and not calling in a million times any more and backing up our CS queue so our reps can help customers with real issues! GOOD LUCK PAYING MORE GUY! HOPE THAT WORKS OUT FOR YOU!

No, sprint unlimited plan includes alot more than t-mobiles, the unlimited plan startes at 99.99 and reduces by $5 up to 6 lines every line after is $89.99

I have the same issue with the mogul! so far there is not solution to this issue, this might be a "sprint phone" thing! the old nextel phones did not due this.

of course this is sprints fault!... sprint should have went to your house and went over your bill with you! how dare them just send you a bill and expect you to read it! ... the nerve of some companies... I am on your side GO GET'EM TIGER!!.... by the way ask for a credit for the time spent calling in for the issue..GOOD LUCK!!

sprint just doesnt understand that what sells is people! now they are introducing all these new policies that are not going to resolve their customer service problem one bit! i mean seriously, what does making sure that all the reps ask for an updated e-mail address have to do with fixing a customers issue! people want to be talked to by people not script readers!

nextel got abosorded by sprint problems!!! lets face it the iden network was never the best... the phones were expensive... but nextel took care of its customers and the employees were knowledgable!! Now it takes you all day to get a rep that knows what there talking about and that can actually fix your problem... i dont get itwhen sprint took over nextel, nextel had the lowest churn in the industry. so why would you not adopt what there ...
