That's right, due to technical difficulties a few of you got them early. They aren't actually slated for release for at least another week or two, so those that did get them, enjoy!

the enV is something that you need to check out. it is $79.99 online today, and can do all the functions you need. :D overnight shipping if you order before 5

the enV 2 should appear online before the stores offer them, so check there, plus you'll get a better deal if you order it on a weekend

either that or switch to a premium plan....the venus also requires a nationwide plan to and if they did change back to AC, they would have to send the phone back as well. eventually though all customers are going to have to change to nationwide...

but it isn;t only the trolls that make it bad. some employees come in here and post stupid crap and it can see why some of the customers on here are frustrated.

true, but in the 18 chats i can get in an hour, 10 of them are about the 2, so it's really killing my sales which means no commision

Basically all Verizon phones have internal antenna nowadays. If you get a mobile TV capable phone, like they Voyager, and your area is capable of the service (check the coverage locator) then you can get it.

Wished I knew, lol. Verizon has tried purchasing a local company in my area for YEARS now to get service here. Basically, if you want Verizon in my area, all you can do is call and text, and that sucks because I wanted the Voyager soooooo bad!

I think that not seeming to be a real person is one of the things that the customer does not consider. I've seen some representatives literally plain out quit after a bad call or chat. I'll admit myself that I have had a chat or two that I needed a break after. I don't think that it is right that they call us stupid, ignorant, morons, etc. I understand that they need to vent as well, and this is ...

I know, I have had some of the most random ass chats online with people. Invites to their state, and a free phone, not to mention those that *demand* crazy stuff.

Yes, there are a select few that really are there just for a pay check. Personally, I use the copy and paste phrases only when I am slammed myself.

Well, there's a problem with that, the information you were given was wrong. If you order the phone online, it can only be returned through Customer Care because of the price difference between online and stores. We honestly do not have as much access as customers assume we do, so we can't tell you what store to go to. All you have to do is go to a locator link. I wished we had more access, but at the ...

Some reps are better than others, and then some are just there for the sale. I just wished sometimes that customers could understand that we are trying to help them. :roll:
