LG's quality has been pretty good the last couple of years. This is a great phone with some "WOW" appeal. I like the ability to change TV channels at the nearest pub :)

I suppose because they weren't the first to offer Netflix preinstalled as expected. I think you're right though, they should mention it's key features and capabilities that set them apart.
Great 1st phone for my teenager
I bought this phone for my son because of the huge keyboard. My son texts me when school is out so I know where to meet him. These kids are now experts with mobile devices! I had to limit his capabilities by having VZW turn off the internet.
Windows 7
I've used Androids and Apple but Windows Mobile 7 has a long ways to go. Why can't they create buttons for links instead of "words"?
Smartphone cost less than a feature phone.
This phone packs a punch for the introductory price. Easy and convenient to use for someone that hasn't used a smartphone before.
What an ugly looking phone.
Big and bulky..mistaken for a rugged phone but all it is is a phone with no design.
