for me to reflect a customers rudeness because since i am in retail, the customer and i are face to face.
as far as other reps, our customer care is actually very polite and actually know what they are doing, so i never have a problem with them. other retail reps on the other hand.... lets just say we don't always see eye to eye.

just speak to them in a normal tone, but use the same adjectives that they use. sarcasm seems to work very well too. just never raise your voice, and always seem polite, but like i said use the same f*(king adjectives back at them and they usually stop and talk normally. at least it works for me.

I think
that the reason why we are so level headed is because of the fact that we are in the customer service side, and as such we have realized what many people before us has realized, customers SUCK!!!
now in my case, my attitude being a reflection of the person i am speaking with, i get as rude and unruly as most customers who decide to be rude to me and it seems to actually sink in better. the next ...

i used to get service from cricket and always paid on time, but somehow there would always be variations on my bill. these variations rangedv from .50 to 7.00 so i decided to go elsewhere for service.

people don't seem to realize that google is an excellent tool to see what can be done to a phone. don't use your phone browser, get on an actual comp and google hacks:sidekick and learn something for once

there are many programs online that will allow you to reinstall OS. first program you need is moto rsd, then find a site (modmymoto.com?) that will have the seeds(internal programs) you need.

interesting point. i have noticed drops in sales at our area t-mobiles since they introduced flexpay. but since i work for a regional company that has no contracts, i'm kinda used to having to sell phones at full retail and it doesn't really hurt my pocket if they decide not to buy a phone. but i do have to admit that the company i work for does not carry pda's or any of the real high ...

i honestly
don't understand how people could browse on such small screens anyway. i have a 19 inch monitor on my home computer and when i needed to go back to a 13 inch for a few days, i hated it. so how do people enjoy browsing on a 2 inch screen?
