Why should it be the customers responsibility to go to a website to find out information about a service he purchased? If he wasn't informed about the charges or anything when he purchased the services there should be some kind of compensation. Probably not lawsuit worthy, but maybe a credit from the company worthy?

The Fav/Circle plans are designed for talkers, not texters and not data users. I disagree with that statement. Higher minute plans are designed for talkers. It's 2009; most people at least text which would cover the price difference

Again with this guy 8O I think you forgot to put sprint in that list of companies you may have or have not tried. Just FYI Sprint and Nextel have very different coverage And thanks for proving my point. You thought vzw sucked until you tried them again. But apparently it is impossible that any other carrier would improve while you don't have their service... Watch the reaction from all the other carriers after this and ...

Did i say they would instantly stop losing customers? No, that will take some time to recover from the damage done to the brand by terrible management. Back to the question at hand: Will this attract customers form other companies? Guaranteed yes

For the 100th time the data plan is only required on the pre and instinct. It is only required on other pda's in order to get the mail in rebate. So if you want to drop an extra $100 on the phone, don't get the data. On the Blackberries we have to put the data on when we sell it but it can be taken off later (5 minutes later or whenever) Hawkeye this isn't directed at ...

False. There are only 2 "smart"phones at Sprint that require a data plan: the pre, and the instinct. I put smart in quotations cuz let's be honest, the instinct is definitely not a smartphone. Any other smartphone you activate will require the data plan to get the MIR but you can take it off after you get the rebate or just not get the data and not get the MIR. If you pay full price ...

HAHA! That is funny stuff. Mektah why would they change something that is obviously working pretty well. According to your theory expenses will eventually decrease for vzw and you think they will pass that on to the customer???!!! I can see the exec's right now: "Guys we are making way too much money now that we don't have to keep expanding our network. Let's give some to the customers..." I serisously doubt it

Did the iphone have 3g service? If not that is irrelevant and just has to do with where you did your test. Put your phone up against sprint, verizon, or even AT&T in an area where they all have good coverage and you will see why everyone picks on t-mobile. That is assuming you live in one of the few cities where t-mobile offers 3g...

Is "don't murder" a state law? States don't have the power to change anything about that law but are allowed to determine the penalty based on their findings. What would be any different about this? The federal gov't is trying to protect people and is giving an incentive to the states to follow the proposed law.
