Bah, not sure. But if Boost does block them all automatically, good for them. Personally, I wish all cellphone companies blocked Premium Txting Services indefintely, or at least didn't handle the billing for them. They cause such major headaches. 'Txt here now for 10 free ringtones' 'Txt here now to flirt with singles in your area' 'Txt here now for your horoscope!'. Everytime I see those commercials, they make me cringe, because I know it's creating another 'I didn't subscribe ...

Hmm.. how much I wish no celphone company allowed access to 3rd party anything. 8) If I was a Carrier, i'd ban any 3rd party from every coming near my customers.

Actually, part of that is somewhat inaccurate. The rest I agree with, but someone trying to become a citizen the legal way are required to know a certain level of English before they can gain citizenship. :)

I agree. Customers were bitchy before, but now it just seems out of control. I feel like i'm dealing with a class of spoiled grade school children every day.. On a side note, if Sprint sold Nextel, would that mean we can finally dump Ensemble and go back to Premiere? :D (the much better program). Though it would be somewhat ironic for those of us who've been here since the first conversion if they had to re-convert everyone from Ensemble ...

It may be a reality, but I wouldn't bitch about losing sales because someone got huffy and walked out because I couldn't speak spanish. I'm not in Mexico, it's not my job as part of buisness or my job as an American. Trust me, you go to any other country that doesn't speak English and get all huffy because they dont speak /your language/ and see the looks you get. So, the true reality is, this is America, American English ...

Whose talking about a native language? American English has been the language of this country since it's formation. I never said it was the 'native language'. Nice try though. :)

There could have been some confusion. If it was Sprint Finance then what could have been implied was: We no longer can do post dated check payments. We no longer accept money orders. People can still do check by phone and mail in check payments. Just not hte two situations above.

I disagree. You chose to come to this country, it's your responsiblity to learn that countries language, not that countries responsiblity under any circumstance to learn yours.

It's the same group of people that believe illegal immigration is not wrong. For some reason, people come to the "Land of Opportunity and Freedom", but get pissy when they are scoffed for not following our /laws/ and custom's and such. As stated, it's America, learn our language. Go to Germany and get all pissy when they dont have Spanish speakers, see the reception you get.

That I understand. We all hate the whiney douches, but in reality if charges are valid and everything is correct, then you are the right man for the job. It's just a crappy job to have to do at times.

All the time, but we should be getting customers the idea and reinforcing that you should threaten cancel just to get what you want. That's like a 2 year old throwing a tantrum and part of the problem to begin with when it comes to spoiled customers.

That's actually a very old error that at times would pop up in Premiere. I forget what it was over, but could be fixed thru p2k. I've never heard of it popping up in Ensemble.

Yeah. I use to stutter when I was younger too. It still comes out at rando times, but for me it's not so much repeating, I tend to get stuck on words at time. As you said though, usually only if i'm nervous or agitated. It can be quite embarassing. I do remember the coolest point in my speech therapy class in middle school though, people dont stutter when they sing because there's a rhythm :)

Actually, your wrong. Employee Accounts does not handle SERO Plans. Any regular customer care representative can assist you if your on a SERO plan, they are not Advantage plans or Employee plans, it's simply a discounted referral plan. So if you get on a SERO, call regular customer care. If the care rep acts like they dont know how to handle SERO, request their supervisor.

Considering what we go thru on a daily basis, no matter your department, I would say no. Especially if it's a customer who consistantly does it. Though I do find it refreshing when you get the rare customer who just wants to pay their bill and do what their suppose to do.

Yep.. that's what pisses me off more than anything. My first post on this forum when I joined was about what rights a customer has. Was very much needed relief :) A customer has a right to their service and pay their bill every month. When you dont pay your bill, you have no rights. Yeah. It's like people are afraid we're screwing them over somehow. All we're doing is trying to SAVE YOU MONEY DIPSH$T. You've went over your minutes by 300 minutes the last 3 cycles, which made you pay an additional 150$ per bill. Then that's your fault. It's not our fault.
