Re: I smell a lawsuit
No lawsuit. In every terms and conditions section you sign when you get a new contract, it clearly states that the carrier can alter the terms of your contract at any time. The only catch for the carriers is if this actually happens, the consumer has a 30 day window to leave without penalty as the terms of the original agreement have changed.
in this case, nothing has changed. the consumer STILL has unlimited data, ...
Re: Family Plan Impact
sounds about right. they are punishing their own customers who are smarter then they are.
the government shouldnt have to step in to protect the people though. us, as the consumers hold all the power. Verizon, ATT etc make NO money without us as a customer. so let your voices be heard. leave the greedy duopoly and never look back. Their are other options. Sprint, Tmobile, Prepaids, etc. its about ...
Re: It's Samsung
and we discovered another genius apple fanboy!!!!! woohoo. at least they admit their mistakes then fix then.
The next apple lawsuit
So what's the over/under until apple sues? I'm saying 1 year
Re: umm
actually, from what I read Sprint is priced about the same what Verizon and att is for their mnvo's. the only difference is that Sprint has the capacity on their network to handle them all, and the big 2 do not.
Re: 2.5 GHz is irrelevant to the majority of POPs...
if your so smart, you should be the CEO. but your not, so let the adults make the big boy decisions.
Re: Just being Sprint
not a fanboy, not calling it a god. just dont trash something without first doing some research.
Re: Just being Sprint
your an idiot. On my Note 3 on Sprints network i consistantly pull 20-30 Mbps. Their is nothing crappy with Sprints network. Unfortunalty, people get brainwashed with the commericals they see for VZW and ATT and never actually do their research.
Re: All I can think of is Apple..
my staff and I just had that same conversation.
time to switch to Sprint!!
Now is the time to get out of Big Red and join up with Sprint!! Time to enjoy Unlimited Internet along with TRUE MOBILE TO MOBILE!!
Its cheaper every month then big evil, and coverage for the most part is just the same(3g and 4g lte for both carriers)....
and to the haters....Sprint has some dead spots...as does ATT, Tmobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, and shockingly......VERIZON.
why spend more and get less.....
Re: Who is right here?
they dont have to wait for the customer at all. they send out 1 letter stating that as of xx/xx the 2g network will be turned off and dismantled and if they want to continue to receive service they can move to a newer phone or move to a different carrier. problem solved
Re: Good, but we need cheaper plans too
why pay for internet when you can switch to sprint and get it included in your plan? :)
why pay for internet?
when you can switch to sprint and get it all included in your plan? just sayin...
do it yourself sprint
hey mr. hesse,
i understand you want to save a penny, but just put up the damn lte network yourself and stop trying to outsource it. cut off iden and use those funds to get it up. every day you waste we fall behind everyone else in lte.
k thanks
wahhhhhh
now att is going after revenge for everyone who stopped them from buying t-maybe. att is worse for the consumers out there then all the republican canidates running for office...and that says something
slackers
att is a little behind the times on this one. Verizon and Sprint have been doing this for years. What better way to test the phones capabilities then to actually use them
Re: now can sprint disappear pretty please???
sorry...heres how the steps should have looked like
1-verizon buys sprint/nextel
2-verizon sells the iden network to the goverment for bookoo money
3-its all a wash and vzw just gained about 40mil customers.
now can sprint disappear pretty please???
as a former employee of sprint and a card carrying member of vzw(even while i was working for sprint if that tells you something about that company...lol)...they just need to buy sprint/nextel soon and take over the cdma market. vzw has the money to spend and sprint cant keep taking the losses it has been for the past 2 years.
just imagine....evdo and 1x coverage everywhere you go....it would be the perfect company.
1-verizon buys sprint/nextel
2-verizon sells the ...
Re: After being sued by Motorola.
next they both go out of business...hopefully.
