I work for big blue's retention. It is a policy of ours to first explain the overages to them and then if they threaten to xl the number or acct then we are able to credit the overages. first we start with half and then depending on the number of lines at risk of xlation, LTV then we can credit them all. The reason why AT&T sends sims cards when u upgrade or whatever is A) they cost like a 0.01(if you return your sim card with an exchange att will throw it away)B) its better to just send you new ones so if you do have troubles with your old one and you didn't realize it you have a new sim card, so it saves you from calling into att and having to get a new one sent to you. ...

Why is that the people using *NOW are retarted!! All I ever get is people calling in wanting to have their voice mail added or call waiting added. technically the cust is no longer the owner of that device. So lexi0707 is not violating anyones right to privacy. Plus, the cust knew very well that she was handing in that device, so if she didn't clear off the pictures, too D*mn bad.

To be honest I don't think you are going to be able to find a site that is going to have high res photos of specific carriers phones. I would think that since you are doing it for a dealer they would let you take photos of the phones. What you could try doing is going to the moto, nokia, etc sites and look at this phones for sprint/nextel. Find a phone and view the larger image. I know ...
