I know many of you out there are USCC employees so you will be able to answer this question really fast. My Razr2 is not working all that well anymore and I am about one year away from being able to re-sign for a new phone. If you look at the left side of the phone there is one large button then below that there is a single one. If you hold the single one down for a couple of seconds it should give you a message on the display of the phone. It should say that the "external buttons are now locked/unlocked". When I unlock the buttons I do it while the phone is closed. This is how my phone is with USCC. Let ...

I have been hearing rumors about the BB plans with ATT. I am a current USCC customer but I really would like to get a BB without the plan for the simple reason that I wont need it. I like the PDA and keyboard features. If someone could help me answer this question I would greatly appreciate it.

Well said. I wanted to get a BB Pearl last spring and was all set to do so until I found out about the data. As a college student I cannot afford to pay the extra on top of my voice package but the PDA and full keyboard were very important to me. I ended up with a Razr2 and don't like it. I think people should be able to get whichever phone they want regardless of whether they ...

In situations like this I have heard where customers are able to make changes to their plan or even their phone (mid-contract) since the original contract is being changed. Any truth to this?

I totally understand what you are saying from the side of a sales person. However I just want the phone because I like the keyboard and the features. So since I was told there was no way to get the Pearl without the data plan do you think I have the right to take my other phone back and say that they lied to me? Thank you for your quick response.

A friend of mine has a BB Pearl without a data plan. Can anyone else confirm this being a possibility from ATT? I am a current USCC customer and was told there is no way they can give me a pearl without the plan. Thank you for your help.
