UGH. i bought the package thing for the chocolate. it's a VX855 and the cable wont connect to the computer. it did the first time, but that was it. tech support couldn't do anything. i hear it may be the cable. any comments on that? well since i have the adapter, i figured i would just put music on it through that, but it's not the right format. does anyone know what it has to be? i dont know if ...
