....I need to know for sure....so mgrs or sales people for AT&T. How much is the cheapest prepaid plan I can get for the Iphone? I have a unopened Iphone but i'm trying to decide whether to open the box and use it on prepaid (i already have a cell phone plan with one company..don't need two) or just sell it. He wanted a phone he could tether to his computer and Alltel is a lot faster with EVDO. So i upgraded his phone to a EVDO phone. I expressed interest in his Iphone. Question.....I have a Iphone i bought off this guy. It was unopened and i bought it for about $70. Well I talked to my friend today who works for at&t and he said the only way to hook it up on prepaid is the plan which is 69.99 for 650 mins and then u have to pay an extra $20 for unltd internet. Is this true? I wanted to hook it up but thats a lot of money.

Cremz and Bigshow said what I was gonna say. Only way to beat those bas*ards is to discount what they can't....car chargers, leather cases and handsfree. Also point out your level of expertise vs those at walmart. I tell people who compare my prices to walmart, circuit city..etc that i have been selling phones for x number of yrs and that if they buy the phones over there that they will have to go over there from then on ...

Its a program you basically hack into your moto phone to adjust settings motorola preset into your phone. For example...you can make the speaker louder than the ring volume allows you to go on the phone. Also you can delete pictures/videos that moto preloads on the phone and doesn't allow you to delete using the phone.

AT&T not only one who has a retention. Alltel does too! Thats true about Sprint. Sprint loses so many customers its ridiculous. They about the same approval rating as the president. Ouch!!!

Does AT&T have fast enough data speeds so its not buffering every 5 seconds? I don't think they do.

I know this is just my opinion but that phone fugly! Nothing desirable about that phone. VGA camera? Who wants to pay $95 for that? Nokia used to care more about styling and technology. My favorite phone is my Nok 3650. It had a crazy design but I liked it and it had everything I could want in a phone. Nokia should take the s60 platform and run with it and create a phone I know they are capable ...

Bright idea
I am a Alltel customer and fan BUT i'm sick of getting leftovers from other companies who've already had this phone. Alltel lets pull a AT&T move and get a "i-phone" exclusive phone! How many customers did AT&T get, even though they had crappy service, because they got exclusive rights to a phone everyone wanted?! Doesn't take a genius to figure this out.

Sprint is a sinking ship. Only way they turn around is if JC himself came down and took the company over. Short of that....they are screwed. I hope Alltel buys them out.

I don't think Alltel wants those markets. They seem happy enough to focus on rural areas and then have roaming agreements with Verizon and Sprint for the metropolitan areas. Seems to have worked out well for them so far!

Sucks to have GSM now! I have Alltel w/ EVDO. Fast as hell! Think about switching. I've had them all and always go right back to Alltel.
