Not directly out of the box, no. I've heard there is an app you can download that let's you view video from SOME sites, but I'm not sure what it is. With no definitive answer, no is the best answer to give right now.

cci bc when he is making calls there is static. Edu of outage in his area. He thinks there is static because he has "Schwetty Hands". Edu cust it is unlikely his sweaty hands are causing this, but to give it 24 hours and if he is still experiencing degraded service call us back from another line.

Re: K-9 Attack Dogs...Patrolling at My Mall....?!?!
Yes I realize in this particular case the government isn't involved. But if government was given ALL the power, it would quickly become the government using the dogs. This topic honestly got way out of hand and it really wasn't appropriate to post this in Shop, so sorry about that.
Either way, as far as my opinion goes in this case, I could care less if security patrols the malls with dogs. I'm not smuggling drugs...
And as far as being ...
Re: It's not hard dude.
Yes apparently it is a simple fix... Quit your job and go work for Big Red. It's definitely not hard at all, dude.
Re: K-9 Attack Dogs...Patrolling at My Mall....?!?!
We do not need more security in our malls. We do not need dogs patrolling around. We do not need cops everywhere. The government should have little to no involvement with our everyday affairs (I.E. a trip to the effin mall).
What we need are responsible, law abiding Americans arming themselves. This is our duty, to protect our freedoms. To protect our children. Dogs cannot stop a mall shooting, but an armed citizen sure can.

Re: Last Question!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because it is prepaid, whoever has the phone in their hand is technically the owner. You don't have to go into the store with your mother, as long as she has the acct pass code she can do whatever she wants. There technically doesn't even have to be an acct name on a prepaid acct. Just to be safe though, I would call prepaid care before you go to the store and cancel the autopay on your credit card ...
Re: prepaid to post paid iphone
I work for prepaid AT&T and as far as I have been taught you CANNOT transfer a phone number from a regular phone to an iPhone regardless of whether or not it is prepaid or postpaid. You have to start a new activation and do it through iTunes. I'm 99.9% positive on this.
Re: Love The Gratitude
You could have done more for him... You could have handwritten all the current plans and offers and mailed it to his house with a crisp 100 dollar bill in it... Jerk

Re: Does anyone in here work for Cricket?
Again, I'm not 100%, but wouldn't Cricket be willing to flash the phone for you? I dunno, maybe not, I guess they lose money on the sale of a new phone that way.. It's saturday and I'm at work on what is so far the warmest day of the year. I hate my life.
Re: Does anyone in here work for Cricket?
Don't quote me on this, but I think Cricket can usually flash just about any phone to their service. I've sold them a bunch of Verizon and Amp'd Mobile phones and they just paid cash outright.. I imagine they'd probably have to be CDMA though.
Re: i nominate this thread...
It's not forbidden because the company is losing money, they aren't losing money. It's forbidden because they want to avoid any and all unwanted, unintended churn. It is easier for them to forbid it outright then it is for them to allow any grey area and then have to police the issue on a case by case basis. Kind of like how drinking in public is illegal. Sure, there are many people who can handle their drink, but because ...

THANK YOU! Finally atleast somebody else can see it from the other point of view.
Re: I dont know how they do it where you are from...
Oh and damn near $30.00 for a SIM card? Are you joking? You bet your ass I'll send my customer to a COR store to get a free SIM. And I'll waive any number change fee the first time for a customer.
God damn, I'm a customer MANIAC!!!!

What both of you are talking about is defrauding the company that pays your wages. That's as good as stealing.
Just like jaywalking is a good as vehicular homocide, I mean, it's still a crime...
If you cared about the customer you would've taken the hit on the sale personally rather than pass it on to your employer. Sadly, that would've affected your commission so you don't see that happening.

If my wife told me that my mother died through text, I would beat her. And by beat I mean be very upset.

Why don't you just marry her thoughts!!!
Re: I dont know how they do it where you are from...
Ralph,
If you derive your personal code of ethics from the policies of some s#!tbag wireless company (let's be honest, they ALL are), then it is you who has the issues. Azul may have broken policy or whatever, but he assisted the customer. If the company has to take a short-term hit to retain a customer long-term then so be it. That is the foundation of our capitalist economy. You have to spend money to make money.
On a more positive ...

Re: The concept of no...
They might actually come back with, "No, that's more like buying a Sony TV from Best Buy and then taking it to Sony when it breaks and asking for a replacement." In which case, they might have a point. It's not the same as buying a phone from Wal-Mart and trying to take it to Radio Shack for issues as it is to buy from Wal-Mart and then take it to an ATT COR store when issues arrise. Don't ...

Re: FAST HELP PLEASE
Depends on the plan. 29.99 is about .15/min, 39.99 is about .13/min, 49.99 is about .12/min and the 69.99 is about .10/min. More you spend, the cheaper it is.
Re: iphone
How was that helpful at all? I know he is a Nokia fanboy, but in this conversation, it is relevant. Get off his back.
Re: Outgoing Call Issue
Hmmm, no outages show up. And it doesn't sound equipment specific, if you tried it in 2 phones. Give us a call, from another line (800-331-0500), and we'll check out your acct to see what's going on. Do it, do it now.
Re: Outgoing Call Issue
What's your zip code? I'll do a search for known issues for you.

Re: Ring Time
Ring time is something that customer care must handle for you. I work for ATT cust care and we have a program that allows us to adjust the ring time on any one's account. So call cust care and ask if they can make the ring time longer for you. I have the wing and it almost seems like mine rings for too long, and I haven't found a way on the phone to adjust it. Pretty sure care ...
Re: HELP
Prepaid doesn't offer pay as you go for the iphone. Only pick your plan. So the cheapest possible plan you can use the iphone on prepaid with is the 29.99 pyp, and in addition you must buy the 20.00 unlmtd data plan for the iphone. So you're looking at atleast 50.00/mo to use the phone, even on prepaid. Apple doesn't want people that have to pay their bill with couch coins using their phone.
PS There are of course ...
Re: myfave on unbranded phone
You obviously aren't very good at your job if you think that a non-myfaves phone is not eligible to use the myfaves service. Do a little more research so that you don't actually mislead customers of yours. T-Mobile is a great company, but uninformed employees like you hinder their good name.
Re: When is AT&T getting the Voyager?
I think the iPhone is a piece of crap. It's shiny crap, but crap nonetheless. The Tilt blows the iPhone out of the water anyday with regard to functionality, ease of use, and DURABILITY. But it's not as shiny.... The iPhone is a neat little gadget, but unless you plan on wearing latex gloves in a cleanroom, it is a pretty damn poor investment, especially because insurance isn't available.
Re: Iphone
If the deal you got on that phone was free and clear, good job. That's awesome. As for the rate plan, the iPhone is eligible to be on all of the pyp rate plans, ranging from 29.99 to 69.99/mo. You of course are required to have the unlimited data as well. It can get spendy to be sure, but the iPhone wasn't designed for folks who pay their bill with coins from the couch.
