ndubes. from what it sounds like to me, and alex_mar is correct in saying this, it is either a software problem or a short in the phone which is keeping it from loading properly. I would take it to the store that tyou bought it from to see if they can re-flash the software in it. If that doesn't work, and you have insurance on the phone, I would call your celphone service provider and see about geting it ...

:twisted: since i work for AT&T, I have not heard any news about the W960i. I am also waiting for that model to come out because I want upgrade my W580i. Although I enjoy my 580, but the 960 looks like it would be alot more fun to use. All I can tell you is just keep checking with your current service provider and see if they have it.

:evil: i too am suprised that they still make phones. this company should take every phone idea that they are geting ready to come out with and take it back to the shop and trash it, then take a popular phone company like sony or nokia and make their phones like that.
Junk phones
:twisted: these phones are not worth getting. the last phone that i got was the X160 and had nothing but problems. i owned 2 other phones before that and had the same problem. everytime i would try to get to the net using my phone, the phone would either boot me off or reboot itself and not let me use the internet when it came back up. is there anyone else out there that has had the same problems? ...
