It IS easy and there are a few ways to stop texts from getting to your phone. Either the company should do it (which in this case they are NOT able to) or the 3rd party sms has some way to contact them by replying STOP to the message. T-mobile deserves to be sued if they can't do something as simple as stopping sms from going to a phone...

Shoot, my site is having trouble keeping its employees! Of the 40 people in my training class only about 5-6 of us are still with the company (it's a 3rd party company). Revamp customer care? Lol, they need to. I get calls that were transfered from cust care to tech for some stuff as simple as an esn swap! Whatever, not my problem 8)

Hmmm...the article states that you would wave your phone in front of the screen and use it that way. The one you use you say you use the navigation pad? Sounds much easier than moving your phone all over the screen.
Streaming
I am able to stream video but on some of the links that I use on www.channelchooser.com do not play the video only the audio! Is there any way to adjust the settings to get the video to play? I also have the same problem with the tv applications I have downloaded...any suggestions? Applications?

Well, in training they showed us the difference between ready link and direct connect and the direct connect was definitely instant. Ready link had a few seconds of delay...not that anyone cares. :P

WOW, and here I was thinking that Verizon was the one of the best carriers to go to! Looks like I lucked out working for Sprint to get a decent discount with thier services. I guess just because Verizon is one of the more expensive carriers doesn't mean that they are the best then huh? Oh well.

Well, it's not people are going to stop useing the service just because it is not going to be used after then. It's like saying people that don't have cable to not use thier tv's because in a few weeks there will be no more networks not on cable...

If I'm not mistaken I think derek1934 was asking about phone as a modem. The phone does allow for phone as a modem but I forget if the SERO plan includes it. If you were able to use it with other phones then you should also be able to use the PAM with bluetooth and/or cable.

I got a .cab file from the PPCgeeks website and they have an MMS cab for the Mogul. I installed the .cab but when I try to open it it opens for a second then closes right away and goes into the Drafts box. I'm thinking this may be a resolution to the problem I am having I'll go ahead and try it when I get home and see if this is the resolution I am looking ...

Hold down the scroll wheel for a couple of seconds, there will be a horizontal bar that shows up with the vonlume level. The other way you can try to turn up the volume is to lock the phone then turn up the wheel. Hope this helps.

Mess with the profiles. I have mine set up so that it will only vibrate at night when I sleep but the alarm will still go off in the morning. Under the profiles you can set up for all the things you want it to do.

Well it was both in this case. There is the fact that there was the the buttons being pressed causing the phone to erase the phone info and that there were alot of people buying them...
