The green LG LX260, which shall be launching shortly, WILL NOT be a Power Vision handset i.e. only runs on the 1xRTT data network. I already have had a chance to play with one and aside from already been flashed with the latest firmware and color refresh, it is still just a Rumor.

That's right people. Sprint gives unlimited data access where as Verizon Wireless only allows 5 GB per month and for the most part, doesn't allow streaming media.

I hate to say it, but you can't place the entire blame on Sprint for their retail stores that are under achieving their goals. It is true there are in certain markets where corporate stores are literally in line of sight from one another, but in the majority of these under achieving stores are because of poor staffing. Personally, I'd say fire junglemassive and StoreLead as they are the Sprint leadership team and replace them after 4-6 months of ...

If Boost Mobile can deploy the Motorola W385, Kajeet a Red Samsung A640 and a Red LG LX150 and Qwest Wireless a Red Sanyo SCP-2500/S1, I would like to believe Sprint will be able to get their hands on the Red S1 soon.

Remember Verizon Wireless is partially owned by a foreign wireless carrier, Vodafone, who has been trying to gain more conrol in Verizon Wireless which I believe is currently at 40% with the remainder run by Verizon Communications, the largest NE LEC.

Best way to guarantee you're getting an OEM product is to purchase either from a national retailer like Best Buy or from a corporate retail store.

I love the ones who play wireless merry go round. :lol: A year with one carrier, then jump to another for another year or two, on to one more and then return to the original carrier they started with at the beginning.

The only beenfit I see resigning a Sprint contarct while on a SERO plan is for a handset discount.
