Is this a breach of contract and can we as customers run for the hills without paying ETF? If so I am gone like the wind, Sprint may have the best network but its like having the best engine and putting it into a gocart. Give me a fricken break here I have seen better phones on prepaid plans.

Explain why sometimes my credits show up within 2hrs then some don't appear until next months bills. I got a credit for a phone I returned and he said it will not show up until next months bill, but he issued a credit for data and it was on my online billing within 1hr.

Stick to your guns don't let them tell you no, if they do say you know what I received a post card in the mail stating you changed the terms of agreement and would like to take advantage of the nullification of any ETF fees due to this. I think its only good for 30days so think wisely when you receieved it. I think if you just stick to saying if they cannot do this you'll cancel your account ...

ok this is probably what's happening they are making you pay full price and crediting your account 150.00. That is why you are not getting rebates, but if the phone has them attached you will get them, just mail them in. You can print them off the Sprint website. I would just tell them this is way to confusing, tell them you want the phone for the price in the website no exceptions. If they decline on your offer ...

I called in and this is what I was told, 8.00 for unlimited text but I said NO and he gave it to me for free on one line. He also told me anyone with a plan over 40.00 will receive the "pick3" free and plans under 40.00 will be charged 5.00. How will I get my text free if there is no code?

I live in a box just outside the north fire exit behind walmart. I eat left overs from the Applebees across the lot and wrap myself in news papers to keep warm through the night. I have been in contact with Retentions and "pick3" is available but only to the new billing customers. It is 5.00 and they also have a "sprint to home" option for 5.00 which allows you to call a home line without subtracting minutes. I hope there isn't anyone stupid enough to select this option when they can choose 3 lines.

Yes Sprint offers a slew of hand me down phones I am hoping with Q-chat they will wise up and bring on some quality phones. I found the Katana DLX to be an overall great phone, from the high end screen to sturdy design and even a good camera. The BB Pearl seems to be a good phone, battery sucks but all Sprints phones have this issue. The Pearl cannot send picture like normal phoness you have to attach ...

Ok I have heard this is not aval on the old billing system. I have also heard this is a rumor and there is no such plan out yet. Does anyone have solid proof of this plan and cost. I also heard there is a free code for unlimited text messaging is this true?

I called and not only did Sprint give me 3 for free they applied a 500.00 credit and unlimited text at no cost.

Sprint totally strips there phones down, buys only hand me downs or just plan does release crap! Come on Sprint I am trying to work with you but even with all the great deals and free options you give me I still enjoy a cool phone here and there.

I can almost guarantee when you tell retentions why your cancelling your account they will give you the phone. Why even waste time on adding and deducting this and that. Call retentions say hey this is the deal my phone is a peice of crap, I want the phone for this price advertised or I am gone. Is this a moral way of getting your phone? maybe, maybe not but I can guarantee Sprint purchses these phones for pennies ...

I don't use any programs on my phone but I stated earlier this crosshair icon and whether this is my GPS icon or not. If this is my GPS and it was turned on is there a fee? I have no clue how or why it was on because I never activated it.

I did notice this cross hair icon right below the time. It had a strange symbol next to it or coming out of it so I went to GPS and turned the option off the strange symbol went away but the crosshair icon is still there. What are these icons and is the crosshair icon supposed to always be there?

Are you serious? I have not heard this and my phone drains almost all the way and I never loose my call list or text messages? Then again I am not sure if I have ever paid attention, now I am curious. If that is the case my BB is going bye bye

Pearl8130 Battery Life
Ok this is getting on my nerves, I let my battery charge all night, unplug it and then don't even use it. The battery is drained by 10pm that night and that's with out any usage. I know one post told me to download software to my computer and then sync my phone with the computer but I am not sure what he meant by that and why would that help?

I am happy with my service, home service is shady I move 5ft and loose reception but I am sure all carriers are like that. I just think Sprint needs to bring on some quality phones.
