to get a ringer implies data usage and you need a data pack to avoid overage you can get one $15/mo but if you add it today and remove it tomorrow you will be only be charged for 2 days of service (bout $0.50/day) its a nice tip just dont forget you need to call to remove the service

that sucks.... and sprint want better customer service... i think sprint should take care of its employees and later request them results. you cannot have great customer care if you treat them like sh*t

i guess acc was write off and he credited balance and acc svcs remove deposit and acc fee to reopem a wo acc with $250 of deposit. I know this is a sad scene but if you are so compasive why didnt you pay her account with your own money... LOL well i mean ... you did the good but please do not tell where are you located or soon this small town will be populated with lots os deadly ...

plus they sale crap at the highest price... Customer: Yes those batteries are good for me and i agree to your insurance thing program. RS Employee: Ok. we have a 1batt. pack a 2 batt. pack (1/2 hr later) .... and D batteries too. Customer: just a 4 batteries pack. How much is it? RS Employee: its 3.99 each mm... it 15.95. Do you want a paper bag....?

For MSL you need a program getkey hispanic sites (particulary from mexico). They know a lot of this bcs the take our phones to mexico and unlock them with their carriers. do you speak spanish ?? LOL

when create a new account please input the Additional Security Notification Method: SMS and put the primary sub PTN so the customer may recieve sms with PIN if he/she forgets. happends 3 of 10 times. :D Also dont asume customer first car was "jackie" or any other female name, or street grew up was "mexico" "canada"; or the hobby "go out for a walk on a sunny day with my friends or family and buy some icecream ... etc.. ...

we can but we do it in few cases and only if its sprints fault. is ridiculous tnat some people want prices for stupidity. If you signed for a only minute plan and you used data/text is fair to pay for it. Or it isnt? sprint also buy airtime and is not profitable to make backdated changes

there is no ticket about this and dont know how to access to the prl directory to change it manually... try a hard reset ot go to a repair center
