Love it when I am having a terrible month..... Only to have a lady and her 4 children come in to the store. She is interested in getting her son a brand new smartphone. I manage to bundle the smartphone, insurance, and an accessory bundle together. Thinking my month may begin to get better we sit down to see if there will be a deposit for the account. I honestly didnt mean for my response to make me sound like such an ass....It was a hurried response at best. I was also under the impression that emergency services would still be able to communicate as well. Again, I apologize for sounding like a jerk.

I did the Iphone launch with AT&T....now I have to do it again with Verizon. I seem to be the only person in my store who is not surprised by the way people are acting for this phone. I tried to warn em.

That nobody listens anymore when they are on the phone....at least when they are calling somebody. The name of the store I work for sounds NOTHING LIKE WAL-MART Stop asking for the Deli. Stop asking for the men's department. STOP ASKING ME ABOUT FINANCING.... The numbers for either store are nothing alike. Not in the phone book, not online. When I have to answer the phone with three opening lines about PHONE SERVICE....you would think people would get the point. /rant.

From what I understand 4G has no definition when it comes to speed of the network in terms of marketing. Cell companies will all say they have 4G even though they are using different tech to do so. Its really so that the masses of people who do not work in or follow the cell industry can see that there is a difference, no matter how small.

I actually sell a lot of smart phones to these types of people. They come in for a few months with questions but after that they don't return until its time to upgrade to another smart phone.

I really, REALLY love people and their inability to pay attention to detail. For example I have had five different people call my store so far looking to exchange or return items for Wal-Mart. I am not a Wal-Mart employee, our number is not even close to theirs, and when I answer the phone, I DO NOT MENTION wal-mart. I give our store name and reference wireless service. Your fingers will have oil and other nasty stuff that will begin to accumulate on the phone. Had a HTC Hero through sprint for 6 months, used the app that had me draw in a grid to unlock my phone. Well, during that time (even after cleaning the glass) you could start to see the pattern on the phone. I have a Droid X now and refuse to not have a screen protector on it for this reason.

It depends really, for a smartphone with a full touch screen its a tie between screen protectors or a case that covers the screen. I'd prefer to have both, along with a car charger at a close 3rd.

You send messages back and forth. We're doing it now and I have no issue. In person if somebody is having issues I get to deal with the yelling and screaming. You get to deal with "FHDJSHFDSHF!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Just under genuine curiosity though, what other conditions are impacting your stress level? (I understand that this last question makes me sound like a D-bag, but I assure you this is not my angle with that question)

This makes no sense though....if you are on Interstate 101 and are prompted to take exit 23, are you going to start looking for the exit 23 on interstate 5?

I do actually, especially if they are from out of state. They can then use the mile markers to see how far away they are if they do not have GPS.

Damn I cant stand people like you. Grow up, be an adult, or find a new job. This is why I do as much as possible on my own before calling any customer support...the breakdown is like this when you call for help: 5% Actually know what to do 45% Have no clue/new/etc The other 50%? People like you who deserve less than what they get now. And then people have the balls to complain when the metrics used to evaluate performance / pay grade ...
