I had to send my 755p back to Palm for a warranty repair about a month ago. Palm states in their RMA email that you must provide insured shipping both ways. It only cost me $33. They also detail that the unit must be well packaged to avoid shipping damages, naturally. Well, I got it back today. Be careful if you're sending it back to Palm. I had a lemon, too. Look for my thread in this forum. I created it yesterday.
