Status Indicator
Whenever I get a text message, a missed call or email there seems to be no indicator light on the phone. Does anyone else have this issue or am I just a spaz and can't find that on my phone. /;|

Microsoft Syncing with Andriod?
Does anyone know it's possible to sync an Android phone with microsoft? I have someone who wants to use the Samsung Intercept with her business email and calender. I know that the email will work but I am not sure if the calendar will sync or not.....

Removing the carousel off of the home screen.
So I have been told that there is a way to remove the Sprint carousel 'one click' menu off of the home screen of this phone but I don't know how to go about doing that. Has anyone done this and willing to tell me how to do it? :D
Voicemail Icons on BB
I can't seem to get the voicemail icons on a BB curve to go away and I have tried EVERYTHING!!! aside from wiping the phone i can't find a place to just clear the icons on the phone.

I listened to my voicemail earlier today and I still the voicemail icon showing up on my phone. I have looked in every possible place on the pbone to try and delete the icon. I cannot find anything anywhere..... I have taken out the battery as well as made sure that my voicemail box is completely empty.
Anyone else have any suggestions for me? I'm pretty tech savvy I feel but this is def getting the best of me! ...

I have no idea what this guy used his phone for but let me lay some background info. He came in the store wearing a yarmulke (sorry about the spelling) with the long side curls. He was an odd character for sure. I know that you can get a fair amount of contacts on the PDA devices, but really do even business customers have that many numbers??? /;| He seemed kinda odd; but I wasn't about to push ...
Most phone numbers you've seen in a phone
I had a customer earlier this week come in and I was doing a phone exchange for a defective device. I swapped over his phone book using the Cellebrite machine that we have here in the store. I didn't think PDA devices could hold more than 500 contacts, but I guess I was wrong. His Palm Centro had 2327!!!! :o :o
Anyone else see that many?

Syncing with my computer
I am trying to get my phone to sync with my computer to back up my contacts and calendar. But I am having an issue with syncing it. I was trying to delete the hotmail email that is on the phone and it's not allowing me. Any one have any ideas about can be done???

Memory Cards in Verizon Phones
I have a friend who has a Verizon Envy and was told that she could use a memory card and that would help her with storage space for text messages. I'm unfamiliar with this since I don't sell VZW phones. Anyone have any ideas?

Yea that's pretty funny. One of the guys I work changed a headline on a girls and made it say something about b@lls and other male genitalia. I never did it myself just because I thought it was wicked mean to do and I didn't want anyone to do it to mine. I'm sure that there was more that he would change but i cannot remember what he did.

Wow that's crazy. I know that verizon's deposits can be wicked high if you had either bad credit or no credit. I've seen Verizon want $1000 before. :o Sprint's deposits aren't too bad since the highest that I've ever seen for Sprint is $500 and that was extremely rare. So that's craziness and yea if you need a deposit like that you should definitely pay your bills!!!!

My store closes at 4pm. Oh and my opening manager thought that we opened at 10am instead of 9am. 8O 8O So we didn't open the doors until 930.

The people who drive SUV's around here are usually the worst drivers. They get it because it's sporty looking and whatnot and then when it comes down to it they don't know how to drive it and don't know how to use 4 wheel drive. :o

Well considering that I live in Vermont, where we get snow from like november to march. The best part is that many of the people in VT have lived here a while and still act like idiots while driving when it's snowing. Get good winter tires and remember how to drive.

I've had a customer come in and I had to look up her bill and she had used 25,000. I don't know what her minute usage was but I was like DAMN that's alot of texting.
My personal best will probaly be this month where I'll have used about 2000 or so text messages.

My store is pretty small and we are the only corp store in our state. So yea my quota is pretty small. I had 2 really good days back to back early on in the month. So now anything I sell from here on out will put me over and mean more $$$ 8)
Oh and we don't have any set amount for upgrades.

When I am selling accessories I generally try to tailor the questions that I am asking to my customer's specific needs. Whenever I am selling a car charger I let them know that the one they buy here at my store won't void their manufactors warranty and we with hold the 1 year manufactors warranty here in the store

I have the mogul and I love it. I have found that for using ringers I just save them to my memory card and go into my contacts and then it allows for me to pick the ringer that I want to use for that person.
Is your old fusic programmed with your MDN and MSID still? If so that could be the reason as to why your acct is getting charged for your cousins ringers. I would advise ...

So we are having a debate at my store about which is faster. USB connection cards or the Standard PCMCIA/Express cards? Any opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I know that in my store we make sure to tell customers that there is a date that they need to be sent in by otherwise they won't get their rebate. But yea I feel your pain when there are idiots who don't know how to read. Since they filled out everything else.......

Many stores in my area opened at 5am. My store didn't open until about 9am, however I have a part-time job at another big box store and I had to be there at 4:30am. Needless to say I'm beat and I am sick of people.
