With the keyboard being soo low how does it feel in your hands? Did they make it bottom heavy or does it feel like it's going to leap out of your hands?

u can but on the sidekick u have to go through and save them all on the sim card 1 by 1. and if u have more than 250 numbers u cant store them all
they need to make a way to do an easy back up on the computer like u can back up info on a blackberry.

that is not always true
back when i worked for suncom which had unlimited plans starting at 49.99 they always had good cs reps. i did not like the corp employees but for customer service most had a clue what they were doing ,unless u were trying to talk to tech support, and i never had a rep that i could not understand

but from what i have read they are working on getting their network up to par.

look for sd card or memory in settings
then hit unmount device
before ur remove the card
that may have been the problem
so i get to work
and call custy care
and i get a recorded greeting saying that we will be closed so our employees can be with there families 8O WTF
