I use WavePad to make my mp3 ringtones and then use funformobile.com to send them to my phone. I have read from other people with this phone that AT&T restricted ringtones to be only 30 sec long, but mine haven't been shortened. My call volume is great, and I can't comment on the springs quite yet cause I just got my phone Saturday.
