T-mobile wing ?

Guys, I just joined here. I'm wondering about getting a T-mobile wing. I'm looking at running a program called EXBAL on it. I just don't know if it will work. I think the Wing is a Windows 6 and Exbal i think is a Windows 5. Does anyone have this combo? If so how does it work for you? TIA SOTA
