I seem to be able to read text messages on the from when I don't have any other "missed alerts." It is a micro usb cable. I think there are some people that have found one on here. I just used my old phone and bluetooth to transfer the phonebook entries one by one. It took a little while, but it worked.

I have a Sprint version, but try the * key when you are in the text box. I should change through the options each time you press it.

Log on to Sprint.com and click on "upgrade your phone." It should tell you what you are going to pay. I think mine was $324.99 (ouch)

The menu speed seems to be adequate. I had a Samsung A920 before and its menus were just plain flaky. They seem pretty fast to me. If you have a Sprint store near you they usually have a demo phone out where you can make calls and play around with it.
The text messages do display on the outside which is quite nice. I have not been able to see what happens with multiple unread messages ...

Fun For Mobile has some good help files for making ringtones. It also has a link for a program called Wavepad that I found useful for converting and making mp3 files. Hope this helps..

My phone does the same thing as well. It started after I updated it the first day I got the phone. I called Sprint today about it. If I picked through the heavy accent well enough, all she told me was that phone update can damage the handset. I should get it updated at a Sprint Store.
