This looked like a nice phone, but a VGA camera and still no music player? It's basically It's the IDEN Motorola Theory. Even then the Theory has a nicer UI.

I have a Droid 2 and Iden Boost. I would like to know if I could switch to CDMA Boost and use this phone on Boost. Thanks! (Please don't waste my time with stupid answers)

Very pleased with service.

I have been with Boost now for about 2+ years. About 2 years ago, I signed up with there unlimited plan. I was with Verizon under my mom's account. She wanted to start charging me $99 just for a add-a-line because she talked so much. I have had barely any problems. I did get hit with the text message problem for about a month or so, but it works just fine. The voice quality is really good, but I ...

So out of the blue my phone freezes. If the SIM card is in the phone will get all the way to the main screen. From there it just freezes. Doesn't respond to anything. With the SIM out all the keys still work. Also when you try to shut it off, with the SIM card it freezes are "Powering down". This really ticks me off since I paid $100 for it and I can't afford a new unit.

Um, lets see. You have a radio aka phone in a big metal and brick building at you can't get service or barely any service? Unless there's a tower next door or the store has a repeater, most likely you are going to get little to no service. When I sold wireless phones at Wal-Mart, Cigular (GSM) would work fine because the tower was right next door. Sprint(CDMA) hardly ever worked because of the building, ...

Sorry, but Nextel uses mod TDMA AKA IDEN. You wouldn't be able to use it with T-Mobile. Even if you could you couldn't use the PTT service because its on a different band.

Shouldn't be a problem. I have always turned it on before activating any phone. It would be really rare if it didn't work.

Oh, so maybe I can read my freaking phone. I am legally blind, and some parts of the OS are hard to read. All other carriers don't load their phones with a custom OS that doesn't allow one to change the font size. I have had Sprint, and Cingular, and also sold phones for old AT&T, Cingular, Sprint, and T-Mobile and non of them I had trouble reading (sometimes after changing the font).

None that I have ever heard of. I heard AT&T has a video phone that can do streaming video but you need two of the same phones to use it. As far as I know, most if not all of "GPS enabled" phones DO NOT have maps loaded on them. It might be possible if the phone has preinstalled software that can use the gps readings.

The Windows Mobile units use MS ActiveSync to sync to a computer. In Vista, its built in. The Palm Treos use a program called Palm Desktop. Most, if not all pda / smart phones use USB to connect to a computer. From what I have read, there is only a handful of smartphones with Windows Mobile that can view and edit MS office documents, like MS Word, and MS Excel. The others use a third party software package ...
