I did the firmware update thru VZW, and now my 4GB wont work
I just did the update, and now the phone wont read my 4GB card, where it had no problem before. How do a) get it to work, and b) get the original firmware back on it?

Best Verizon Bluetooth Phone
Just a simple question, what is the best VZW bluetooth phone? I've had a VX8300 for the past 2 years and it's bluetooth SUCKS!!! It's always got to be re-initialized in the menus to work, and after 2 calls, it switches rapidly between the headset and handset OR drops it completely. I have a Jabra BT8040 BTW
So, please tell me, which phone has a bluetooth system that isn't schizophrenic?
T-Mobile coming to the Carolinas
I had T-Mobile in Indiana, and I loved it - you really do get awesome service on the cheap, and have waited 5 years for it to come down to North Carolina, and now it's coming! I just want to know when - I can't seem to find any news.

It's actually carried by SunCom and has been for the past two months. It does indeed have expandable memory, it just doesn't ship with chip in-box. BTW, it is a great phone!

Hey, just a question in general, nothing about dealers or companies or anything like that.
I am in cell phone sales because it is honestly a fun job for the most part. The hours are OK, and helping customers is satisfying especially when they come out and thank you for it. The pay can be good and the benefits (at least for me) are great, better than most Fortune 500 companies.

Honestly, with VZW, agents really aren't that bad.
In my case, GSM authorized dealers are often a pain in the @$$ to deal with because they can get unlocked phones which often times are bought from Hong Kong and cannot be serviced by the manufacturer, and work like crap, even though they look EXACTLY the same as NA models. But because of their sh***y return policies (48 hours???), they have no choice but to come to us ...

NO, you are an ASS, authorized dealers are the spoiled rotten children of the cellular family. I seriously doubt you would be any different judging by your mature response.

Few dealers turn out to be OK or very helpful, even though they have alot more freedom to do what they want. That small amount resist temptation and do what they can do, and if they can't do it, as is often the case, ...

Problems with Authorized Dealers?
I know most of you work for company owned stores, and I have a quick question:
How many of you have to deal with moron dealers? The ones that are by me lie all the time (the list is LONG) and are generally stupid.
If you do have the misfortune of being next to these places, let me know your most awful examples!

What is wrong with this place! I work for a small regional carrier in the Carolinas (won't take you long to figure out) and I just got a 'we need to talk' call from my boss' boss about a mystery shop score, which was a three-fourths of perfect. :wink: It is complete bullshiat, and I have a form that says otherwise... which doesn't amount to a crap in this industry, in here it's guilty until proven innocent. ...
