Probably the Potassium Ion deal worked so good that they knew they'd never sell and aftermarket battery made in China again.

Sure they'll get a 1.8X boost, but reduce your battery from like 2600 to 1800 before they give the boosted battery and reduce the benefit to the paying customer.

I have my window to get a deal on a new phone and won't be wasting it on this phone. Seems like some of the facts in this review are contradictory to other reviews I read, but it is all becoming irrelevant. I have 8 phones all with Sprint since 1998. As soon as the iPhone6 comes out (some of my family are iPhone users) I'm moving to Verizon. Had it with Sprint's LTE Coverage and even ...

I would think as a matter of LAW that this would suspend any contract or penalty should a use wish to exercise this exception. This is definitely a change of terms which would render invalid the mandatory requirements of the user. If I had a "guaranteed" unlimited use of data contract with an agreement for compensation if I quit early then they changes the terms by which I entered that agreement I'd say it's unenforceable as to ...

So if I got this right... If you buy 10gb and use lets say 9gb you are fine but if you buy unlimited GB and use 5gb they promise bad service....no?

Does this mean that if you have a family plan with Verizon and subscribe to (let's say) 10 GB of Data and you have 4 phones and use 8 GB that you will be throttled because you are over 4.8 GB.....or of your 4 phones 3 use 1 GB but the 4th uses 5GB that the one phone using 5GB will be throttled?

I'm temporarily using an iPhone 4 (not s) till the phones come out in the fall. My Samsung Galaxy 3 got trashed. First use of Apple phones and am hating it. Looking at this S5 Active, HTC rework, Note 4, and now becoming remotely possible iPhone 6. I really don't like the idea of sealed battery compartment.

I have an odd question. I want to order the 32GB model and according to the report they are available on July 1st but I'll be traveleling up north just after the 4th of July and arrive around the 7th. There isn't enough shipping time to receive it before the 4th (I presume) and will need to have it shipped to my Northern home. This means it could arrive a day or two before me. ...

Thanks John, The reason I don't believe it is a RAM shortage is when I dip below 50 MB of what the Manage Applications app it says I'm below like 43 mb of "INTERNAL STORAGE" but that is internal storage when I go to the list called "RUNNING" it says (right now) RAM 221 MB used and 135 MB free. It is always a higher number in the 100's even when I drop below 45 in internal storage ...

But what amount of this is partitioned for applications, certanially it isn't the full 16 or 32. I think the HTC EVO is partitioned with a certain amount for apps. (small amount) like 1/2 gig based on my numbers.
